Dacco is a Japanese rock band that formed in 2011 with five members: Kensuke Takahashi on vocals and guitar, Nobuki Mori on guitar, Yutaka Saito on bass, Yuto Suzuki on drums, and Tomoya Tanaka on keyboards. They started building a following in underground rock circles before their 2013 single 'Adrenaline No Bosu' broke through to a wider audience. That song's driving rhythm and Takahashi's vocal delivery connected with listeners and helped push the band toward mainstream recognition.
Their debut album 'Meikyoushisuishou' came out in 2015 and showed a range of approaches within their rock framework. The band followed it with a second album called 'Kakusei' in 2018, which took a more experimental turn and dealt with darker subject matter. Other songs in their catalog include 'Dacco Ondo,' 'Ano Hi No Mama,' and 'Kiraku de Rakuda.'
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
