Daltony formed in Brazil around 2000, with Marcelo Camelo on lead vocals and guitar, Rodrigo Amarante on guitar, Fred Ferreira on bass, and Bruno Medina on drums. They put out four albums between 2000 and 2004, starting with their self-titled debut and including 'Oyapoque' and 'Aventuras do Homem Invisível.'
Their song 'Cadeira de Dentista' got some attention in Brazil. Amarante left in 2005, and the band took a break the following year. They played some shows again in 2013.
