They released their debut album 'O Rappa' in 2001, which blended hip-hop with rock and Brazilian rhythms. Their song 'A Sétima Lua' became their most recognized single.
Their music sometimes drew attention for its lyrics, like with the song 'Fala Sério, Pai,' which addressed police brutality. They put out several more albums through the 2000s, including 'Radio' in 2004 and a live MTV acoustic session in 2007.
