Daramuda is an Indonesian band that formed around vocalist Damara, rhythm guitarist Yuda, and lead guitarist Arga, with bassist Rara and drummer Tirta completing the lineup. Their debut single 'Salam Kenal' came out in 2020 and found an audience with its straightforward ballad approach to unrequited love.
They've released other songs like 'Apati (Rara Sekar)' and 'Growing Up (Rara Sekar),' which continue in a similar pop-rock vein.
Damara handles most of the vocals and lyrics, while Yuda's rhythm guitar work gives their songs their basic structure. They don't seem to chase a particular grand vision, just a band making songs that connect when they connect.
