Darren was a rock band that formed in New York City during the mid-1990s. The group included vocalist Darren Hayes, guitarist Chris Jones, bassist Stephan Max, and drummer David Campbell. They released their self-titled debut album in 1997.
Their 1999 album "The Limit" gave the band its biggest success, with the title track becoming a hit. The song's driving beat and catchy hook connected with listeners at the time.
After Jones left in 2002, the band continued recording for several more years before disbanding in 2007. Their other albums included "Day & Night" and "Pure."
