Dayanne Cacovilli started putting out music around 2016, when her debut single "Demorei a Perceber" got some attention. She's from Campinas, Brazil, and her songs like "Agonia de Não-Você" and "Às Vezes" tend to work through personal themes over pop and R&B arrangements.
She's released a few EPs since then, including Tudo o Que Eu Sempre Quis in 2018, Retratos in 2020, and Fluir in 2022. There was some noise about a plagiarism claim in 2019, but it didn't seem to slow her down much.
She performs with a band that includes Matheus Barbosa on guitar, Felipe Rodrigues on bass, Guilherme Santos on drums, and Gabriel Lisboa on keyboards. Her newer tracks like "Até o Fim" and "Banalizador" keep to that same intimate, melodic lane she's been working in.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
