Their music was raw and direct, with songs like 'Cagando e Andando' and 'Desumanização' that spoke plainly about urban life and frustration.
Nascimento was arrested for his lyrics at one point, and the group dealt with police harassment while continuing to play underground shows. They put out albums like '1982' and 'Brasil' that documented this period.
Their later work included records such as 'Punk Rock É Paz' and 'Mais Punk que Você'. The band went on hiatus around 1994, but their songs still turn up at punk shows and protests in Brazil.
