Decka-Arte is a duo from Medellín, Colombia, formed in 2018 by Mateo Aristizábal and Juan Esteban Pérez. They work together as a DJ and producer, making techno music that pulls from their local context. Their track "60 segundos" got some attention early on, helping them build a following outside their home scene.

Their sound leans into heavy basslines and drum patterns, with a style sometimes called Colombian techno. They've played with artists like Camilo Lara and Francisca Valenzuela, though their music has faced some skepticism from critics who question its ties to traditional techno roots.
