Deep Side was a Dutch electronic duo made up of Sander van Doorn and Sebastiaan Molijn. They started putting out music around 2003, and their first album 'Light & Shadow' came out in 2006. That album included the track 'Lovely,' which got some attention.
They kept making records for a while, with albums like 'Reflections' in 2008 and 'Closer' in 2012. The latter was connected to Molijn's health issues at the time. They also worked with other producers in that scene.
You might know them best for 'Booty Music,' which has a different feel than some of their other material. It's one of those tracks that found its own audience separate from their main catalog.
They were active through the 2010s, with 'The Sound of Our Time' in 2015 and 'Miracle' in 2018. Their sound generally sat in that melodic house and trance space that was popular in European clubs during those years.
