Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger

Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger was formed in 2004 as the musical counterpart to the Japanese tokusatsu series of the same name. The band included Ryuji Sainei, Hiroki Suzuki, Yosuke Ishida, Ayano Sugiyama, and Kenta Sato, each performing as their character from the show. Their music leaned into energetic J-pop with rock and hip-hop touches, often reflecting the series' themes of heroism and friendship.

Their opening theme "Tetsu" no Ishi De! became an immediate hit in 2004, capturing the show's spirit with an infectious melody. Other tracks like "Bang! Bang!" and "Build Up! Dekaranger Robo" carried that same upbeat, determined energy. They released character song collections and vocal albums in 2004 and 2005, including the Dekaranger Character Song Collection and the Vocal Album: Dynamic Soul.
