Forest Fire

I know you've been going through a little darkness

And it feels like things won't ever be the same

All the creatures in the forest out to get you

Should be gone before the morning rain

But I can't predict the changes in the weather

That's a thing that even weathermen get wrong

You don't have to bear the world up on your shoulders

Only live there with an honest heart

I can be there when you're feeling kinda downward

I can catch you if you think you're gonna fall

Through the window where my day resides

Is the the ocean of eternal life

And this picture will be burned into our memory

Long before we even go our separate ways

Kiss the corner of your broken smile

Soon this spring will bring the forest fire
