The group was led by Parlae and Jizzal Man, with a lineup that included Buddie, Pimpin, Charlay, Tweeday, and Mr. Consequence at its peak. They followed up with the album 'On Top of Our Game,' which featured collaborations with Nelly, Lil Wayne, and Ludacris. Other songs like 'Dat's Da Way Dey Roll' and 'Ridin' Rims' kept their crunk-influenced style in rotation.

Internal changes started early, with Parlae leaving in 2004 and other members following. Jizzal Man departed in 2007, and the group gradually disbanded. Parlae continued as a solo artist, but the Dem Franchize Boyz name faded from the mainstream after their run in the mid-2000s.
