That 1988 song "Cópula en el Abismo" became particularly notorious, its unsettling imagery drawing both attention and criticism. The band's lineup shifted over time, with Rodríguez remaining the constant figure alongside members like Rafael "Raf" Mojica on bass and Juan Carlos "Juancho" Quintero on drums. Their sound pulled from heavy metal and hardcore, with some Colombian traditional elements mixed in.
They released albums steadily through the late 80s and 90s, including "Máscara de Hielo" in 1991 and "El Ángel de la Muerte" in 1994. Their live shows sometimes involved audience disturbances, adding to their reputation as a provocative act.
