Destino was a Spanish pop-rock band that formed in 1998. Their debut album came out the following year, and its lead single "Contigo La Noche" became their signature hit. The band had five members: vocalist Mayte Martín, guitarist and composer Pablo Estrella, bassist Nacho Echeverría, drummer Luismi García, and keyboardist Dani Rosell.
In 2003, the band faced plagiarism allegations regarding "Contigo La Noche," though they denied the claims. They released several more albums after their debut, including Segundo Tiempo in 2002, De Vuelta in 2004, and Camino del Silencio in 2007.
