The Cage (Breaking the Paradigms)

I'm a bird

You are a bird

Together we are locked inside

This Cage of pain

We try to sing

We try to fly

But the Cage

Traps our lives

I'm lost inside my dreams

The bird that cannot fly

Inside this Cage I'm the Cage

I have the key but I'm lost in pain!

Inside our mind

There's an empty space

There's no certainty

So we got afraid

We built a cage

To safely live in there

We put our dogmas inside

Calling them "Identity"

So many Lies we face

In our creation

And it becomes

Our reality

We follow blindly

The path they chose for us

Cause it's more safer than

Fly with our own wings

We trade

The right to think and choose

For comfortable Paradigms

" In a place far away from reality

A maid takes me into a beautiful garden

Where in despair I fall on my knees

Playing inside our minds

Building our prejudgements

Afraid of being hurted

Decode the Cage

To see our mistakes

I try to understand

How the end became the beginning

And how we sold our love

To purchase separate cages

The Centaur... The Valkyrie

Are riding in different directions

Their warm kingdom became

A place of empty coldness

I opened the Cage

I faced my paradigms

I can't leave without you
