Their song 'Filho Pródigo' from 2002 became particularly well-known, drawing from the biblical parable of the prodigal son. The track's straightforward melody and lyrics about forgiveness connected with listeners beyond typical gospel audiences.
In 2006, their album 'Rasgando o Céu' received some criticism from religious groups who felt it strayed from traditional gospel themes. The band continued recording and performing, releasing several more albums including 'Acústico ao Vivo' in 2007 and 'Ao Vivo no Maracanãzinho' in 2018.
