Dimensão Louvor began in the late 1990s in a small Brazilian church, led by pastor and musician Paulo Cesar Baruk. They started with the idea that contemporary music could work in worship settings, which drew some criticism from more traditional circles at first. The group kept at it, building a catalog that includes albums like 'Nosso Deus é Fiel' from 2000 and 'Alegria' from 2004.

Their song 'Alegria' became particularly well-known, with its upbeat rhythm and message of joy. Other tracks like 'Aqui Na Terra Como No Céu' and 'Maravilhosa Graça' also found audiences in Brazilian churches and beyond. The band has included musicians like André Valadão, Mariana Valadão, Amanda Ferrari, and Bruna Karla alongside Baruk over time.

They've recorded several live albums, including 'Ao Vivo em Curitiba' in 2002, and continued releasing music through the 2000s and 2010s with projects like 'Diante do Trono' and 'Meu Alvo'. Their sound typically blends pop and worship elements, delivered with the kind of energy that works in both church services and concert settings.
