Dimension formed in 2005, a rock band that worked through local clubs and festivals before their 2010 single 'Alive' became a breakout track. That song, along with others like 'Black Church' and 'Devotion,' helped define their sound. Their debut album 'Elevate' came out in 2012, followed by later records that incorporated some electronic and progressive touches.

The band's lineup includes John Pyrochinski on vocals and guitar, Matt Martin on lead guitar, Mike Thompson on bass, and Chris Anderson on drums. In 2014, Pyrochinski dealt with vocal cord issues that required surgery and caused some show postponements. Two years later, they faced plagiarism accusations over a melody, which they denied.

Dimension kept recording and performing through those challenges. Their catalog includes songs like 'Generator' and 'Love To Give,' and they've maintained a presence in rock without the dramatic rise-and-fall arc some profiles imply.
