Diosque

Diosque was an Argentine band formed in the mid-1980s with three members: Diego Frenkel on vocals, Fernando Cabrera on guitar, and Pablo Guyot on bass. They released their self-titled debut album in 1986, which included the song 'La Marcha de Los Días' that became particularly well-known.

Their music drew from folk and rock traditions, with Cabrera's fingerstyle guitar work and Guyot's bass lines creating a distinctive foundation. Over the next decade, they put out several more albums including 'El Secreto de los Sueños' and 'Armonía de Esferas', though their commercial momentum slowed in the early 1990s amid some internal tensions.

Some of their lyrics touched on social themes that occasionally drew criticism, but songs like 'Pelota Roja' and 'Basural' maintained a following. The band's catalog shows a group that worked within certain musical parameters while occasionally pushing at their edges.
