Dj Encore

DJ Encore is a London-born electronic music producer who emerged from the city's club scene in the early 1990s. He worked with Darren Styles as part of the production duo Styles & Encore before going solo in 2003. That year, his track 'I See Right Through To You' with vocalist Becky Jean Williams became a major international hit.

His music from that period includes songs like 'Another Day', 'Catch Me', and 'Chemistry'. The sound is straightforward dance music built around clear vocal hooks and steady rhythms, without much of the experimental edge found in some other electronic genres of the time.

In 2004, there was some legal discussion about samples in his earlier work, though the details are not particularly dramatic. After that initial burst of activity, he continued releasing music but without the same level of chart presence as his early 2000s output.
