D'Marks formed in 1999 in São Paulo, Brazil, with an original lineup that included Daniele Veiga on vocals, Mateus Asato on guitar, Felipe Asato on bass, and Danilo Lopes on drums. They've released eight studio albums since 2005, starting with their self-titled debut and continuing through to 2023's 'O Céu em Nós'.
Their 2017 song 'Abba Pai,' featuring Cleber de Paula, became their most recognized track. Other songs in their catalog include 'Guerreiro' and 'Quero Estar Contigo.'
The band's lineup has changed over time, with different members contributing to their sound. They've faced some criticism in recent years, though they've maintained their focus on gospel music.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
