Dodô Sertanejo was a Brazilian sertanejo duo formed by Irineu de Souza (Dodô) and Lindomar Rodrigues (Sertanejo). They came together in the early 1990s, both from Juazeiro do Norte in the northeast of Brazil.
Their 1996 song "Flecha do Amor" became their biggest hit, reaching the top of the charts in Brazil. It's the track most people remember them by, though they also recorded others like "Morena Arrumada" and "O Cravo e a Rosa."
They released several albums in the mid-to-late 1990s, including "Não Me Deixe Só" in 1996. Their music generally dealt with romantic themes, typical of the sertanejo style popular at the time.
