They released several albums through the 1970s and early 1980s, including "Dom Américo" in 1974, "Festa no Interior" in 1976, and "Dom Américo III" in 1978.
Their 1980 album "Téco Teleco Téco" gave them their most recognizable song. With its repetitive lyrics and catchy rhythm, "Téco Teleco Téco" became a staple in their catalog. The band's core lineup included Américo Fernandes on vocals and guitar, Geraldo Amaral on bass, Nonato Lima on guitar, and Luiz Carlos on drums.
