Dozer

Dozer formed in Borlänge, Sweden in 1995, with Fredrik Nordin, Tommi Holappa, Johan Rockberg, and Erik Bäckwall playing heavy psychedelic rock influenced by 1970s bands like Black Sabbath and Hawkwind. Their sound developed around thick guitar riffs and expansive arrangements, heard on tracks like 'Big Sky Theory' and 'Man of Fire'.

In 2001 they released 'Through the Eyes of the Demons,' which brought them wider attention for its immersive, riff-heavy approach. The album helped define their place in what became known as the Swedish stoner rock scene, alongside other bands from the region working with similar heavy, psychedelic textures.

Fredrik Nordin left the band in 2006, and Mattias Ottosson joined. They continued recording and touring, maintaining their focus on heavy, groove-oriented material. Songs like 'Days Of Future Past' and 'A Matter Of Time' show their consistent approach to building atmosphere through layered guitars and steady rhythms.
