Dragged Under

Dragged Under formed in New York City and put out their first album, The World Is My Enemy, in 2012. They followed it with Vitriol in 2014 and Lost Souls in 2016. The band's lineup has included Anthony Barone on vocals, Ari Rubin and Dan Gargiulo on guitar, Chris Taylor on bass, and Pat Flynn on drums.

In 2020, they released an album called Instability, which included the title track and songs like Crooked Halos and All Of Us. Another track from that period, Brainwash Broadcast, featured Spencer Chamberlain. Their music tends toward heavy riffs and deals with personal struggles, often touching on themes of mental health.

They've kept a steady pace of recording and touring since forming, working within the metal and hardcore spaces without much fuss about their place in it. The focus has generally been on the music itself rather than building a dramatic narrative around the band.
