Their song "Perdoname" came out in 1995 and became their most recognizable track. In 2005, they released another song called "Smoke and Mirror" that stirred some debate over its lyrics about marijuana legalization.
Dreadlock DL kept recording through the 2000s, with albums like Real Vibes in 2003 and Unbreakable in 2010. Dean Fraser's saxophone work and production shaped their sound, which drew from Jamaican ska and reggae rhythms.
