They released several albums in the late 1970s and early 1980s, including 'Você Sabe' in 1975, 'Zé Ramalho' in 1977, 'A Peleja do Diabo com o Dono do Céu' in 1979, and 'Frevoador' in 1981. The title track from their first album became one of their best-known songs.
While their sound wasn't always conventional, it found an audience among Brazilians who responded to its directness and its blend of rock energy with local musical forms. The band's recordings from that period continue to be heard today.
