A Brazilian rock group that formed in 1995, released five albums, and reunited after an eight-year break.
If you're checking them out, 'Uma vez mais' and 'Nosso Jogo' give you the feel of what they were doing. That self-titled debut from 1996 has 'Aconteceu Comigo' on it too.
They were part of that mid-90s São Paulo rock scene that felt different from what Rio was doing at the time. Their song 'Uma vez mais' still gets played on rock stations there. The fact they came back together for a tour in 2013 says something about how those songs stuck around.
They started in 1995 with Rick Bonadio and Digão on vocals and guitar. After putting out five albums, including 'Retrato Falado' and 'O Lado Certo da Vida', they took a break in 2005 over a rights dispute. The 2013 reunion tour brought them back to playing those songs live.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
