Their discography includes albums like "Sabor a Cuba" from 2007, "Concierto en Cuba" from 2012, and "Resiliencia" from 2019. They've worked with artists including Omara Portuondo, Chucho Valdés, and Rubén Blades.
In 2010, Maykel was arrested and detained for several weeks after a performance authorities considered politically sensitive. The group has continued recording and performing since then.
