Easy Kid is a Swedish electronic duo made up of David Lindh and Andreas Romdh. They put out their first album, "Moments," in 2016. A song from that album, also called "Moments," got them some attention, though there were questions about where the melody came from.
Their third album came out in 2020 and was called "TBT." The title track from that record became their biggest hit. It's a nostalgic piece that connected with people in a lot of different places.
Lindh has talked about having problems with substance abuse in the past. That led to some canceled shows and the band taking a break in 2018. There was also a period around 2019 when he briefly left the group before coming back to work with Romdh again.
