Echoing Angels

Echoing Angels started as a small choir in Southern California, with founding members Sarah Anthony, Melissa Manchester, and Lisa Cimorelli singing together in church settings. They built their sound around a cappella arrangements, working on harmonies in those early gatherings before expanding their repertoire.

Their version of Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah" became their most recognizable recording, with layered vocal arrangements that gave the song a different texture. They've also recorded other songs like "Move Me" and "Coming Back To Life," working within the contemporary Christian music space while maintaining their vocal-focused approach.

Their music draws from traditional hymns and newer material, released through various labels over time. The group continues to perform with that same emphasis on vocal harmony that defined their early church appearances.
