Ecovox

Ecovox is a Brazilian musical group that formed with environmental themes at the center of their work. Their song "Vam'bora reciclar" became widely known as a recycling anthem in Brazil, encouraging sustainable practices through music. The band includes vocalist Andréa Martins, guitarist Juninho Ferreira, and multi-instrumentalist Marcelo Muniz, who together create music that draws from Brazilian popular rhythms.

They released their debut album "Ecovox" in 2007, following the success of their recycling single. Later albums like "Atitude Verde" in 2010 and "Som da Mata" in 2014 continued exploring environmental topics, with the latter focusing on the Amazon rainforest. Other songs in their catalog include "Água," "Astro rei," "Cheiro da chuva," and "Começo do Fim," which maintain their blend of accessible melodies with ecological messaging.
