Elcho formed in Brooklyn around 2015 with Ethan Hayes on vocals and guitar, Willow Creek on bass and vocals, and Jake Morgan on drums. Their debut single 'Lazy Summer Days' came out in 2016 and found an audience as a summer track. They released their first album, 'Wanderlust,' in 2019.
A second album, 'Echoes of Time,' followed in 2022. The band's sound has moved from the folk and indie rock feel of their early work toward something more experimental on that later record.
