Elemento Natural formed in Salvador, Brazil, around the early 2000s, with Marcelo Ramos on vocals. Their debut album, 'Raízes do Nosso Ser,' came out in 2003. They followed it with a few more records like 'Raízes do Nosso Ser II' in 2005 and 'Naturalmente' in 2010.
Some of their songs include 'Cópias' and 'Correndo Para Lugar Nenhum.' In 2012, there was some talk about 'Cópias' sounding similar to a song by Legião Urbana, but the band said it was their own work. The lineup has shifted over time, but Ramos has stayed, along with Alex Barbosa on bass and Toni Costa on drums.
