Eletro Funk

Eletro Funk came together in São Paulo in the late 1990s, a collective of musicians from the city's suburbs. They worked with the rhythms of funk carioca and samba, though their early material drew criticism for explicit lyrics and social commentary.

Their track 'Exalta Samba-lá Em Casa Na Cama' became a breakthrough hit in Brazil. Other songs like 'Ela Sai de Saia e Bicicletinha-tirok' and 'Dança do Jumento' show their style, which leans on electronic dance beats and Brazilian rhythms.

The group included MC Bruninha, MC Cristal, DJ Da Lua, and DJ Malboro. They collaborated with artists like Anitta and MC Guimê on tracks such as 'Coisa Mais Bela' and 'Eu Gosto Dela'.
