Eliel

Eliel was a Colombian rock band from Bogotá that formed in the early 2000s. They played a mix of rock with electronic touches and Colombian rhythms, which stood out in a scene mostly focused on folk and pop at the time. Their debut album 'Maldito Parcero' came out in 2005, followed by 'Grito' in 2008 and 'Stereo' in 2011.

One of their best-known songs is 'Agitalas,' a track that addressed inequality and social injustice. The band performed at Rock al Parque in 2006, which was a significant festival slot for them. Other songs like 'Bandolera' and 'Cae La Noche' show their range across different styles.

Andrés Cepeda was the vocalist. The group built a following through energetic live shows and persistent gigging in smaller venues around Bogotá before gaining wider attention.
