E.motion was a collaboration between producer Roberto Zanetti and vocalist Dannii Minogue. They worked together in the early 1990s, with Zanetti having previously collaborated with Minogue in 1990 under his Savage alias on a track called 'Tears from the Moon.'
Their 1993 debut album 'Emotional' included the single 'Closer to Pleasure,' which became their most recognizable track. The song's combination of dance rhythms and Minogue's vocals gave it some presence in electronic music circles at the time.
They released several more albums through the 1990s and into 2001, including 'The Visitor' in 1994, 'Colours' in 1996, and 'Evolution' in 2001. These records maintained their basic approach to dance-pop and trance elements.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
