Archive material and source history

Endgame formed in Los Angeles in 2002, bringing together members from other local bands. Their lineup included vocalist and guitarist Ethan Hayes, drummer Jake Carter, bassist Alex Marino, and keyboardist Mia Sterling. They released their debut album 'Unveiled' in 2005, which featured the single 'Unreal' that gained attention for its melodic approach and Hayes's vocal delivery.

As the band continued, they put out several more albums including 'Unbound' in 2007 and 'Unleashed' in 2010. Their music incorporated different textures over time, sometimes leaning into progressive rock elements while maintaining their core sound. Another track, 'Losing Our Connection,' showed their tendency toward atmospheric arrangements and introspective lyrics.

Endgame faced some public challenges during their run, including Marino's legal issues and Sterling's outspoken commentary on social matters. They worked through these while continuing to record and perform, eventually releasing 'Unspoken' in 2017. The band stopped working together in 2020.
