Eptos Uno formed in Argentina in the early 2000s, originally starting as a duo called Los Primos with Mariano Manzelli and Guido Sardelli. They later expanded to include drummer Gonzalo Aloras, bassist Christian Sardelli, and vocalist Pato Sardelli, adopting the name Eptos Uno around 2004. The band's debut album that year brought them mainstream attention in Argentina.
Their song "Cuarto Lleno" became a chart-topping hit from that first album. In 2007, vocalist Pato Sardelli left the group and was replaced by Juanse. They continued releasing albums like "El Camino de los Sueños" in 2006 and "El Mundo de los Sueños" in 2008.
The current lineup includes Mariano Manzelli on guitar, Guido Sardelli on guitar and vocals, Christian Sardelli on bass, Gonzalo Aloras on drums, and Juanse on vocals. Another of their notable tracks is "La Cocina Del Infierno."
