In 1980, Greco released "Mighty Is Our God," a song that became widely known in Christian circles. He recorded other albums like "This Is My Song" in 1982 and "You Make Me Feel Like Dancing" in 1985. His band included musicians such as David Plenn on guitar and Tommy Sims on bass.

Greco collaborated with artists like AndraƩ Crouch and The Imperials. His music blended gospel with R&B and rock influences.
