Archive material and source history
Ever We Fall formed in Los Angeles in 2013 with John O'Keefe on vocals and guitar, Michael Ficocelli on bass, Chris Lavin on drums, and Sean Bell on guitar. Their debut EP 'From Dust We Rise' introduced their alternative rock sound, which leaned into raw emotion and introspective lyrics.
In 2016, they released their debut album 'Bring 'Em Billy,' with the title track becoming a radio hit. The album's themes about young adulthood connected with listeners, and the band toured extensively around that time. Guitarist Sean Bell left in 2018, and Jesse Billiot joined later.
They followed up with 'The Way We Are' in 2019, which incorporated some pop and electronic elements, and 'Ashes to Gold' in 2022. Other songs in their catalog include 'Great Day For An Airstrike' and 'No Sleep For Dreaming.'
