Exclamação Caos formed in São Paulo in 2006, with Felipe Machado on vocals, Ricardo "Rick" Galazi on guitar, and Luiz "Luizão" Felipe on bass. Their debut album, '13 Em Uma Estrela,' came out in 2008 and found an audience in Brazil's underground scene. The record's title track is one of their most recognized songs.
In 2010, guitarist Rick left the band. They continued with a new guitarist, Vitor "Vitão" Hugo. They've released two more studio albums since then: 'Deixa a Coisa Ir' in 2012 and 'A Visão de Sete' in 2016. Other songs like 'Caos e Progresso' and 'Guerreiro Moicano' are part of their catalog.
The current lineup includes Felipe Machado, Luiz "Luizão" Felipe, Vitor "Vitão" Hugo, and drummer Rodrigo "Rufino" Rufino. Their music is generally described as post-hardcore with raw vocals and lyrics that often touch on personal themes.
