F. Charm formed in Bucharest in the early 2000s with Florin Chilian on vocals, Cristi Enache on bass, Eugeniu Doibani on drums, and Ionuț Dumitrescu on guitar. Their debut album 'Între noi doi' came out in 2004. The band's songs like 'Cea mai frumoasă greșeală' and 'Coarda Sensibilă' work with straightforward pop and rock arrangements, often circling themes of relationships and personal reflection.
In 2007, guitarist Ionuț Dumitrescu left the group. They kept recording, putting out albums every few years including 'Umbre' in 2008 and 'Întoarce-te' in 2011. Around 2013, F. Charm had a public dispute with their label Roton over management and rights, which they eventually resolved.
The current lineup includes Chilian, Enache, Doibani, plus Andrei Babă on guitar and Alex Niculescu on keyboards. They've released seven studio albums, with 'Povestea noastră' arriving in 2019. Tracks such as 'Cod Rosu' and 'Lăcomia' continue in their familiar melodic vein.
