Illusions

Fallen thee once again in

Dreams of distant illusions

In the world I've once possessed

Still I contemplate the skies

On the beauty of night I see

Darkness and light as I walk

Towards the unknown

Tell me, where will I go

Blackened, now is my soul

Gone, forever gone, burnt beyond

Seas of blood, forgotten seas of hate

Remembered by sculptures of fear and mistakes

A frozen statue so rigit, staring back at me

Thrown in this place, I'm left to go

Nothing can save me now

Infinity safe, I'm all alone

Illusions I place inside me

I walk alone, alone I roam

My path goes on, and on, and on

This dead deja vu never seems to end

But I still go beyond in the search

Of the shattered illusions

I had left to die
