Their first album, 'Peaches and Almonds,' came out in 1995 and gave the band its name. That song, along with others like 'Redoubt No. 4' and 'Running From The Warren,' found an audience with its straightforward rock sound and direct lyrics.
They put out more records after that, including 'Fragile' in 1998 and 'Echoes of the Past' in 2002. In 2005, their album 'Silent Screams' dealt with mental health and drew some criticism for being darker than their earlier work. The band kept playing and recording through those shifts.
