A former Quartier Latin vocalist who built a solo career on smooth, danceable tracks.
For a good sense of his sound, try 'Ça Bouge Pas' or 'Soucis', they've got that easy, melodic flow he does so well.
He came up in Koffi Olomidé's band Quartier Latin International, learning the ropes as a dancer and vocalist before stepping out on his own. His music blends Congolese rumba with Afropop, and songs like 'Ça Bouge Pas' capture that effortless, swaying groove. He's kept at it for years, putting out albums like 'Arsenal des Belles Mélodies' and 'Control' with his band F'Victeam.
He started with Quartier Latin International in the late '90s or early 2000s, then released his debut album 'Droit Chemin' in 2006. Since then, he's dropped records every few years, from 'Power "Kosa Leka"' in 2013 to 'Tokooos' in 2017.
