Farovi formed in Argentina around 2003, when vocalist Nacho Leguizamón and guitarist Pablo Giménez started playing together. They worked through the usual early struggles, playing small venues and building things up slowly over several years.
Their debut album 'Sentido Contrario' came out in 2009, and the title track got some radio play that helped them reach more listeners. They followed it with albums like 'En El Medio' in 2011 and a self-titled release in 2014.
One of their better-known tracks is 'Fecha de Vencimiento,' which features The La Planta. The band has worked with other Argentine artists too, including Los Cafres. There was some public trouble involving Leguizamón in 2016, but they kept making music afterward.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
