Fatal Music

Fatal Music formed in Lisbon in 2005 with guitarist Pedro Silva, vocalist Anabela Tavares, bassist Ricardo Costa, and drummer João Rodrigues. They broke through in 2007 with their debut single 'Amor a Primeira Vista,' which topped Portuguese charts. The song's straightforward melody and earnest lyrics connected with listeners, making the band a familiar name.

Their discography includes four studio albums: 'Amor a Primeira Vista' in 2007, followed by 'Segredos' in 2009, 'Instinto' in 2012, and 'Destino' in 2015. Other songs like 'Nossa Rotina É Só Amor' and 'Me Sinto Bem Com Você' continued in a similar pop-rock vein. Early on, some critics noted rough edges in their live shows, but they kept working on their stage presence.

By 2015, their sound had shifted from those initial pop-rock foundations toward something a bit more experimental. They didn't chase dramatic reinventions, just gradual changes across those four records.
