Fatamarse

Fatamarse formed in Paris in 1998 as a collective of musicians focused on rhythm and groove. The group included Eric D-Luxe on vocals, D.Deep on keyboards, and Max Deejay and Pfel on turntables. They released a self-titled debut album that mixed hip-hop, house, and funk, followed by other records like "Groove Theory" and "The Healing."

Their track "Bump To The Music" became one of their most recognizable songs. The group's sound was built around danceable beats and a collaborative approach rather than fitting neatly into one genre. They worked as a unit where each member's contribution, vocals, keyboards, turntables, shaped the final result.
