F.A.T.E. was a Brazilian pop band that formed in Santos in 1996. The group featured vocalist Leandro Barros and guitarists Rod Bala and André Muzell. They signed with Sony Music in 2000 and released their debut album 'Acordar' that same year, followed by several more albums including 'F.A.T.E.' in 2002, 'Planeta Azul' in 2003, and 'Era Só Você e Eu' in 2005.

Their song 'Era Só Você e Eu' became particularly well-known, along with tracks like 'Doomed By The Living Dead' and 'Burn in Hell'. The band experienced some lineup changes when Rod Bala left in 2004, and they faced plagiarism accusations in 2007 that they denied. F.A.T.E. disbanded in 2009 after releasing seven studio albums.
